Muscat Intellectual Property Center (MIPC) is an IP Law firm registered in the Sultanate of Oman by a group of professionals in the field of Intellectual Property. We have a core team of staff with proven track of record of service in their respective fields for more than decades. The spirit and the dedication shown by them, placed the company on a high start and there by establishing a strong bondage with many firms globally. Apart from this, we are blessed with the presence of Dr.Yahya Al Riyami, former IP Chief of Oman and currently an IP expert of this country and he is heading the firm with a vital support from Mr. Salim Al Tooqi, who is also an expert in Trademark and Patents and a team of dedicated staff with ample knowledge to tackle the demands and needs of our clients.
The company firmly believes in true and simple methods of execution of instructions of our esteemed clients to protect their interests and deliver easy solutions to their IP requirements in this country. This is applicable to our local and international clients. Also the company is committed to provide timely advices to our clients to safeguard their rights against the improper use of IP, which in turn can damage the fame or good faith of our clients.
We are an associate member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) New –York. Our services can be extended to all Arab and Gulf Countries through various associations and net work.
